Job overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator - Chief Information Officer (CIO) Community to support the development and growth of our senior executive communities and broader executive marketing and outreach initiatives. The primary focus of this role will be supporting our CIO Community, which brings together senior technology executives to exchange perspectives, address common challenges, and learn from one another. As the Community is in its early stages of development, this individual will play an important role in building its membership, managing executive engagement, coordinating meetings and events, and establishing effective processes for ongoing community operations. The role will also support other marketing events, campaigns, and lead-generation activities targeting CIOs and other senior enterprise executives. Key Responsibilities: Executive Community Development & Outreach Support the growth of the CIO Community through prospect research, lead generation, outreach, and follow-up. Execute structured outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and other channels. Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing Community members and ensure timely follow-up on all interactions. Track prospects, member engagement, communications, and next steps using CRM. . Executive Engagement & Relationship Support Communicate directly with CIOs, other C-level executives, and their executive assistants on behalf of the firm. Coordinate executive availability and participation in meetings, roundtables, and other events. Respond to routine questions and requests from Community members and prospective participants. Represent the firm professionally and appropriately in all interactions with senior executives and their offices. Meeting & Event Coordination Manage calendars, invitations, scheduling, registrations, participant lists, and other logistics for Community meetings and events. Coordinate across multiple executives and executive assistants to identify suitable meeting dates and times. Prepare and distribute agendas, meeting materials, participant information, reminders, and follow-up communications. Support virtual and in-person event logistics as required. Marketing & Lead Generation Support Support additional executive-focused marketing campaigns, webinars, roundtables, events, and other lead-generation programs. Coordinate with research, advisory, sales, and marketing teams to support executive engagement initiatives. Help develop repeatable processes and operating disciplines for executive outreach and event management. Skills Executive-level communication and professionalism Relationship building and stakeholder management Marketing outreach and lead generation Event and meeting coordination Strong organization and attention to detail Persistent and disciplined follow-up Ability to work independently and take ownership Comfort operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment Strong judgment and discretion when interacting with senior executives Education and Experience Required Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in B2B marketing, executive outreach, event/community management, business development support, executive coordination, or a related role. Demonstrated experience communicating and coordinating with senior executives and/or their executive assistants. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the firm professionally with C-level audiences. High degree of professionalism, responsiveness, discretion, and follow-through. Preferred Experience working in a professional services, research/advisory, consulting, technology, or B2B services organization. Experience supporting executive communities, advisory boards, executive councils, roundtables, conferences, or similar programs. Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms and LinkedIn-based prospecting/outreach. Familiarity with email marketing and event management tools. Experience managing outreach campaigns, scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and maintaining systematic follow-up with multiple stakeholders. Compensation: The expected base salary range for this role is $65,000-$80,000 (CAD) annually. This range represents the minimum and maximum base salary Everest Group reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. The actual base salary offered will depend on job-related factors, including the candidate’s work location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, responsibilities, internal equity, and business needs. Other Compensation: This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus under the Everest Group bonus plan, based on individual and company performance. Requirements

A bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field, and experience in B2B marketing, executive outreach, event or community management, business development support, or executive coordination are required. Candidates should have experience communicating with senior executives or their assistants, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a high degree of professionalism, discretion, responsiveness, and follow-through.
