If so, we'd love to hear from you! 🕘 Work Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM flex (75 hours biweekly) 🔍 What You’ll Do: * Manage full-cycle recruitment from posting to hire. * Partner with managers to identify hiring needs and recruitment strategies. * Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates. * Coordinate reference checks and employment offers. * Attend career fairs and recruitment events. * Build relationships with schools, community organizations, and employment agencies. * Promote Excel Society as an employer of choice. * Support volunteer recruitment, screening, onboarding, and engagement. * Maintain volunteer records and assist with volunteer initiatives. * Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation. * Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and operational teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. * Support employee integration and retention efforts. * Maintain recruitment records and applicant tracking systems. * Monitor recruitment metrics and hiring trends. * Recommend and implement process improvements. ✅ What You Bring: * University Degree in Human Resources or Business. Equivalences will be considered with a University Degree and progressive Human Resources experience. CPHR Designation an asset. * Satisfactory criminal record check * Knowledge of Employment Standards and Employment Law. * Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office. * Excellent problem solving, time management, planning, organization, and communication skills. * Professional and confidential in all respects. * Self-directed, action-oriented, and innovative with exceptional ability to influence, motivate and develop people. * Experience working with individuals with disabilities as asset.
