Priority on Evening and Weekend Shifts – URGENT ! 1 Position - Evening Shift 1 Position - Weekend Shift 2 Position - Day Shift Schedules37.5 hours/ week Day Shift: 8am – 4pm (Mon-Fri) Evening Shift: 3pm – 11pm (Mon-Fri) Weekend Shift: 8-am – 7pm (Fri-sat-sun). Works 11h on 3 days 33 hours/ weekend but paid for 37.5 hours (4.5h are given without work as a weekend premium) DEC or AEC in mechanical or electronics engineering with relevant 2+ years experience French is mandatory because the assembly team is all in French English is an asset Responsibility of the role: Work instructions Interpret the design Manual/ template The person will work on the workstation to make sur the workstation is okay for production Need to be able to elaborate on how to resolve the problem Examples of competences: Defining assembly, test or process methods Defining - elaborating or validating work instructions Creating / adapting documentation – Guides - procedures how to Defining new ways to do things Proposing and seeing continuous improvements to term Leadership SME (subject matter expert) / Technical production support. Participating in all project realization cycle Anything related to integration of tooling and engineering feedback Integrating a project team with core responsibilities (could also be development teams or tiger teams) Ce poste est au sein du groupe de Production mécanique. Le technologue est responsable de suggérer des méthodes relatives à la production et de soutenir le groupe de Fabrication au cours de la phase d’assemblage. Ce poste requiert du support de la part des postes supérieurs. Tâches: Suggérer des méthodes d’assemblage optimales pour les composantes mécaniques de complexité simple. Interpréter les concepts et expliquer de manière claire les étapes d'assemblage dans les gammes de production. Rédiger les gammes de production en respectant les processus approuvés en vigueur. Collaborer avec l'équipe d’ingénierie manufacturier pour répondre aux besoins de mise en production des assemblages. Collaborer avec les différentes équipes de support à la production, notamment la planification, les achats, les gestionnaires de projet, la fabrication et autres. Respecter l’échéancier de production en identifiant les écarts et en élaborant des plans de contingence. Intégrer les procédures de reprise causées par une non-conformité (NCR, DIN, SNAG, DR, TNR, ECN) aux bons de travail et en assurer le suivi selon les dispositions établies. S’assurer que le travail est exécuté en conformité avec les procédures internes et dans le respect de nos règles en matière de santé et sécurité du travail. Assister les technologues d’échelon supérieur dans leurs tâches en soutenant les activités des projets en cours. Accomplir d'autres tâches connexes. Qualifications minimales requises: Minimum de 2 à 3 ans d’expérience pertinente, préférablement dans l’industrie aérospatiale Bonne connaissance des techniques de production et des processus d'assemblage mécanique Fait preuve d’autonomie et travaille sous supervision minimale. Connaissance des outils d’assemblage mécanique Doit faire preuve de rapidité d’exécution, de détail et de respect des délais Très bonne connaissance des logiciels Microsoft et d’une base de données de production (Système de planification des ressources de l’entreprise (ERP)). DEC ou AEC en technologie mécanique ou l’équivalent La maîtrise du français (à l'oral et à l'écrit) est obligatoire. L'anglais est un avantage.
