(for 310T licensed technicians) $2,500 Signing Bonus for Licensed 310T Technicians Quarterly Profit-Sharing Bonuses – up to $1,500 Training Bonuses – up to $3,000 for Manufacturer & Technician Training Annual Wage Increases 100% Employer-Paid Health Insurance Vacation + Paid Personal Days What You’ll Do Perform safety inspections, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs on a wide range of heavy-duty and niche municipal equipment. Work on vac trucks, hydro vacs, street sweepers, refuse/recycling trucks, and more. Collaborate with the Service Writer and Parts team to ensure efficient service. Conduct preventative maintenance and maintain a clean, safe workspace. Requirements

A 310T Truck and Coach Technician license is required, and three or more years of experience is preferred. Candidates should have strong knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, a valid driver’s license with a clean abstract, and a positive, safety-focused, team-oriented approach.
