Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Senior Retail Operations Advisor, C-Store /Gas Bar on a permanent basis on our Petroleum Sales & Operations team. This position is a remote opportunity and is based in Edmonton, AB requiring approximately 50-60% annual travel through northern Alberta and BC. What You’ll Do You will provide support and advice to local Co-ops regarding their gas bar/c-store/car wash/propane business operations, marketing, financials, facility design and development, and training. You will help local Co-ops identify areas of opportunity and develop project plans, gather and analyze data, and complete proposals. You will build strong relationships with local Co-op leaders to foster trusting and valuable collaboration between FCL and local Co-ops. You will help guide training and development for local Co-op team leaders and their teams. Who You’ll Work With The Team: You will work closely with other Operations Advisors and report into the Operations Manager, Petroleum. This team strives to maintain an action-oriented, customer driven, and collaborative culture. The Collaborators: You will work closely with other functions in our Energy business unit and collaborate across the organization with teams such as local co-op C-Store & Gas Bar teams. Who You Are You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and: Have 6+ years of relevant experience in the retail industry. Preference for convenience, food, restaurant background; fuel background would be an asset. Have a Bachelor of Commerce degree (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered). What We Offer Salary range of $90,000 - $115,000 annually, short-term incentives, a comprehensive benefits package, and an employer-contributed pension plan. Requirements

Candidates must have at least 6 years of relevant retail industry experience, with a preference for convenience, food, or fuel backgrounds. A Bachelor of Commerce degree is required, though a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.
