This is an interview position. Provides technical direction and project leadership in the development and analysis of major projects specializing in sales planning. This could include areas such as sales compensation, sales programs and proposals, tools and technology and customer proposals. Utilizes project management, computer modeling techniques, statistical analysis and performance metrics generation in order to enhance the customer experience. Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent 4 years - Professional experience (with at least one (1) year in any of the following areas: business planning, sales planning or financial planning) Microsoft Power Point, Word, Excel - Advanced Good understanding of FedEx products, features of service, general operations Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent 4 years - Professional experience (with at least one (1) year in any of the following areas: business planning, sales planning or financial planning) Microsoft Power Point, Word, Excel - Advanced Good understanding of FedEx products, features of service, general operations Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency: Workflow Tools (Asana etc.) Analytics/Scripting/SQL/Python. Requirements
A bachelor's degree or equivalent and four years of professional experience are required, including at least one year in business, sales, or financial planning. Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills and a good understanding of FedEx products, service features, and general operations are required; workflow tools, basic analytics or scripting, SQL or Python, and AI/agentic design are preferred.
