The Manager, Portfolio Administration leads a team responsible for cash administration, reconciliation, and maintaining accurate investment accounting data within the IBOR. They partner with internal stakeholders to ensure operational readiness, manage vendor relationships, and support client inquiries and audit requests. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field and 5-7+ years of portfolio administration experience. Additionally, the role requires at least 3 years of experience managing investment operations professionals and strong proficiency in reconciliation and asset management operations.
