Job Description As a Superintendent, you will lead site operations and workforce activities to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with client representatives, you will oversee the site supervision, coordinate resources, monitor productivity and project performance, and support budget and contractual P&L objectives. You will lead incident investigations, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement across the site. What would you be doing? Provide supervision to multiple crews and services. Prepare, monitor, and drive project schedule with the operations team to ensure budget and timelines are met. Estimate and manage project labour and material requirements. Establish, implement, and oversee site safety plans and quality control measures, Manage resources to maintain and enhance critical equipment performance. Qualifications Is results-oriented, passionate about construction and has proven experience managing construction sites. Extensive experience in supervisory roles on industrial client sites with a solutions-focused mindset. A journeyperson ticket in a mechanical or electrical trade is considered an asset. Proven leader who motivates people and maintains effective relationships with clients and crew. Have valid safety tickets such as CSTS, Standard First Aid, and Common Safety Orientation (CSO). Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required. Additional Information This position has been identified as a safety-sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
