Identify emerging risks and escalate delays or field issues promptly. Safety Leadership & Field Stewardship Model safe work practices and lead discussions in daily tailboards and hazard assessments. Ensure timely submission of FLRAs, permits, incident reports, and safety documentation. Participate in site audits and support safety improvement initiatives.
