Overview Fountain Tire Sherwood Park, an established automotive repair shop, is looking for a responsible, safe, and experienced Tire Technician to join our team! What do we offer? You will be responsible for: Installing, balancing, rotating, and repairing passenger and light truck tires and wheels Resetting and repairing tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS) Maintaining tire service equipment on a regularly scheduled basis Completing specialty tire work which could include studding, retread, run flat, nitrogen, etc. Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts The responsibility to keep yourself and your coworkers safe What does it take to get on track? We are looking for Tire Technicians with experience in an automotive tire shop Proficiency with oil changes, inspections, tire changeovers/balancing/replacement is a considerable asset A working knowledge of passenger and light truck tires, specialty tire services and wheels is an asset A customer-service focus with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with team members and customers A keen attention to detail Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license and provide a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract Basic computer skills Ability to consistently lift 25 kilograms At Fountain Tire, you’d have a great place to work!
