You will get to: Diagnose the cause of any malfunction on a customer’s vehicle Perform appropriate repairs with accuracy and efficiency Complete wheel alignments on a variety of vehicles Complete approved service on customer vehicles Test and adjust vehicle systems to manufacturer’s performance specifications Perform scheduled maintenance service, such as oil changes, lubrications and tune ups. Advise customers and associates on work performed, general vehicle condition, and future repair requirements Maintain mechanical service equipment on a regularly scheduled basis Operate company and customer vehicles in a clean and safe manner Support customer relationships by responding to customer inquiries What does it take to get on track? Must be a Red Seal in the Automotive Service Technician trade Strong knowledge of automotive industry and skills required to provide mechanical service to our customers A diagnostic specialist that enjoys keeping up with modern technology The successful applicant will have strong written and verbal communication skills Commitment to providing a superior customer experience Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license and provide a satisfactory driver’s abstract from province of residence on an annual basis At Fountain Tire, you’d have a great place to work!
