Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is currently looking for a talented and dynamic Full-Time Spa Attendant (Female) who shares our passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do! About the role: The Spa Attendant (Female) is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and ambiance of the spa and fitness areas, ensuring guests experience a serene and luxurious environment. This role requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and adherence to the high service standards synonymous with leading luxury hospitality brands. What You Will Do: Guest Experience Greet guests warmly, providing information about spa services and facilities. Assist guests with spa appointments, locker arrangements, and facility usage. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. Enforce spa and fitness centre guidelines courteously to maintain a safe and pleasant environment. Operational Excellence Maintain cleanliness and readiness of all spa areas, including locker rooms, relaxation lounges, and fitness spaces. Replenish amenities such as towels, robes, toiletries, and refreshments regularly. Ensure all equipment, including hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, and fitness machines, are functioning properly; report any maintenance needs promptly. Assist in setting up and breaking down areas for spa treatments and fitness sessions as needed. Team Collaboration Support therapists, instructors, and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery. Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to address operational needs. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay informed about spa offerings and protocols. Safety & Compliance Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff. Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management immediately. Handle lost and found items according to established policies. What you will bring: A passion for the health and wellness industry, with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment. High grooming standards and a professional demeanour. Proactive attitude, punctuality, and a genuine, welcoming smile. Ability to operate fitness equipment safely and assist guests with its use. Basic education; additional certifications in hospitality or wellness are advantageous. Ability to push and lift up to 75lbs (including the movement of clean and used linen carts to and from laundry areas). Smart Serve certification is required for this role. 1-2 years previous experience in a high volume spa/health club operation, preferably within hospitality/hotel environment.
