Business Address: 1337 Fox Harbour Road, Fox Harbour, NS, B0K 1Y0 Work location: same as above Type of Employment: Full-time-Seasonal/ 270-day contract Estimated Start Date: April 1st 2027 Job Description: Assist with landscape constructions Tying Weed, prune and trim trees and plants Cut grass Rake and collect refuse Remove litter and garbage Cart and spread topsoil and other materials Lay sod or seed Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs and trees Apply fertilizers Spray and dust trees, shrubs, lawns and gardens, as directed, to control insects and disease Write daily basic progress reports Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens Maintain lawns and grass along roadsides Operate and maintain power mowers, tractors, chain saws, electric clippers, sod cutters, pruning saws, snowblowers and other landscape maintenance equipment Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment Requirements: Education: No formal education is required Experience: Experience is an asset. On-the-job training will be provided.
