What You’ll Do Day-To-Day Format and migrate documents into templates/forms. Troubleshoot problem documents. Proofread to ensure consistent quality and accuracy of document format. Verify document formatting does not conflict with associated procedures. Create electronic work packages. Create electronic workflow of documents to the Record Management Department. Track the workflow through the SharePoint site. Collaborate with team members to ensure required deadlines are met. Recommend procedures and methods. Plan and conduct advanced technical assignments. Assist the project with tracking documents and records moving in and out of the Company. What You'll Bring High School diploma or equivalent education. Minimum of 4 years of related experience. Knowledge of document management systems. Ability to manage document workflows. Ability to troubleshoot problem documents during workflow. Expert-level formatting of technical documents. Ability to ensure formatting complies with associated procedures and industry standards. Excellent communication skills to work effectively with all levels of staff and management. Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment. Prioritizes tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines. Total Rewards Package Salary: $28.40-37.20 (CAD), and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
