They collaborate with the interprofessional care team to ensure effective care planning, discharge coordination, and patient education. Candidates must have graduated from an approved School of Nursing and hold current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives. Current certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support is also required.
