Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate effective care plans while advocating for patient rights. Requires graduation from an approved School of Nursing or Psychiatric Nursing and current registration with the BCCNM. Candidates must have at least two years of recent medical nursing experience, including one year in a hospice or palliative care environment.
