They collaborate with an inter-professional team to ensure comprehensive care planning and effective discharge processes. Candidates must have graduation from an approved School of Nursing and current practicing registration with the BCCNM. Two years of recent clinical experience in the designated area and completion of post-graduate nephrology coursework are required.
