They also supervise clinical teams, analyze patient statistics, and ensure adherence to hospital policies and safety protocols. Candidates must be a Registered Nurse with current registration with the BCCNM. The role requires at least five years of recent clinical experience in an acute care setting, including nursing leadership experience.
