The Supervisor oversees dispensary and parenteral service operations, including staff coordination, workflow optimization, and quality assurance. They also perform pharmacist functions, provide staff training, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe drug distribution. Candidates must be registered as a Pharmacist with the College of Pharmacists of BC and have completed an accredited Hospital Pharmacy Residency Program. At least three years of relevant hospital pharmacy experience, including supervisory or teaching experience, is required.
