SENIOR HR & TALENT ACQUISITION LEADER — BUILD TALENT. DRIVE RESULTS. Friss India | Remote | Worldwide | Full-Time | Immediate Joiner About the Role Friss India is hiring a Senior HR & Talent Acquisition Leader to build exceptional teams and drive people operations in a lean, high-performance environment. This is not a routine HR administration role. We are looking for a smart, fast-learning, self-starting decision-maker who can independently identify talent, solve people problems, execute recruitment strategies and build systems that produce measurable results. You will own Recruitment, Executive Search, Head Hunting, Senior Profile Hunting, Training, Product Training and HR Operations. What You Will Own Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Own end-to-end recruitment across Friss India. Build strong talent pipelines for critical positions. Source and evaluate high-quality candidates through multiple channels. Improve hiring speed, quality and conversion. Senior Profile Hunting & Executive Search Hunt and engage Senior Managers, Heads, Directors, CXOs and specialised professionals. Identify exceptional passive candidates globally. Conduct targeted executive searches for difficult-to-fill roles. Build relationships with high-value senior professionals. Training & Development Design and execute employee training programs. Identify capability gaps and create practical development solutions. Drive continuous learning and performance improvement. Product Training Learn Friss India products and services rapidly. Develop practical product-training programs for internal teams. Ensure employees understand our products, value proposition and commercial applications. HR & People Operations Manage core HR operations in a remote organisation. Build efficient onboarding, documentation and performance processes. Identify operational bottlenecks and independently solve them. Create systems that allow a lean team to deliver exceptional output. Phase 1 — Online Assessment Evaluation of logical thinking, HR knowledge, recruitment capability, communication, decision-making and problem-solving. Phase 2 — Case Study A practical case involving recruitment, senior hiring, headhunting, training and/or people operations. Phase 3 — Practical Evaluation Demonstrate how you would actually approach and execute a real-world HR/Talent challenge. Phase 4 — Final Leadership Discussion Joining Immediate Joiner Preferred Selected candidate should be available to join within 1 week of selection.
