Role Description This is a full-time Angular Developer role based in Mississauga, ON, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. The Angular Developer will design, develop, and maintain responsive front-end applications using Angular and related JavaScript frameworks. Responsibilities include translating UI/UX designs into functional components, integrating front-end features with back-end services, and ensuring performance, scalability, and security of web applications. The role involves collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other developers, participating in code reviews, writing unit and integration tests, and contributing to continuous improvement of development processes and standards. Qualifications Strong front-end development skills, including Angular and JavaScript, with experience building responsive, user-centric interfaces. Solid understanding of back-end web development concepts and software development practices, including APIs, integration, and version control (e.g., Git). Experience with state management libraries such as Redux.js or similar tools, and ability to structure scalable front-end architectures. Knowledge of modern web development tools and workflows (e.g., TypeScript, Node.js, build tools, testing frameworks). Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in enterprise or mission-critical software projects, and familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is beneficial. Understanding of accessibility, security best practices, and performance optimization for web applications is a plus.
