La division de Signalisation routière de GardaWorld cherche présentement des candidats pour un poste de commis aux opérations à Québec. Ce poste est permanent du lundi au vendredi de 8h00 à 17h00. Ce que nous offrons pour le poste de commis aux opérations : La chance de faire partie d'une entreprise internationale pour qui l'employé est au cœur du développement Un salaire de 22$/heure dès l'entrée en poste Formation nécessaire pour le poste Environnement de travail sécuritaire et dynamique Excellents avantages Un horaire stable Vos principales tâches en tant que commis aux opérations : Être à l’aise avec la technologie Recevoir les demandes de clients par téléphone Faire la répartition des signaleurs Contacter les signaleurs pour leur donner les assignations du lendemain Préparation de rapports Communication avec les clients Prendre le cellulaire d’urgence pour répondre aux urgences des clients. Ce que nous cherchons chez le prochain commis aux opérations : Rigueur au travail Travail en présentiel 5 jours / semaine Permis de conduire valide et accès à un véhicule Ponctualité Bonne communication Expérience en signalisation routière, (un atout) Expérience en répartition ou dans un domaine similaire (Au moins 6 mois) Nous souscrivons au principe de l'équité en matière d'emploi et le masculin est utilisé dans le but d'alléger le texte seulement. What you’ll do

Requirements

Candidates must have a valid driver's license, access to a vehicle, and be available to work on-site 5 days per week. Previous experience in dispatching or road signaling is considered an asset.
