The Job The Class 1 City / Regional Driver will be responsible for completing all types of freight deliveries either temperature controlled or dry, from terminal to surrounding communities. Work schedule will primarily be days. The position is physically demanding with freight handling needs of tailgate work, hand bombing and or wheeling in freight as needed. Applicants must hold a valid Class 1 driver's licence with an air brake endorsement and have a strong customer-service skill set. They should be able to work independently, maintain a professional and safety-conscious approach, and have experience with freight-handling equipment and pickup and delivery activities.
