Mise en place, preparation, and dish assembly are second nature to you; you have excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure. Come put some passion on our plates! Availability required: from 5:30AM to 1:30PM. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Prepare, cook, and process food using various methods and techniques, ranging from simple to specialized, all under the guidance of the executive chef; * Perform food picking, washing, peeling, and cutting operations; * Ensure proper segmentation, assembly, and packaging of food items; * Ensure proper rotation and storage of food supplies; * Adhere to the quality standards established within the team. WHAT YOU’LL BRING * A professional diploma in institutional cooking; * Two years of relevant experience in the restaurant industry; * Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques; * Ability to work as part of a team, with a focus on quality and efficiency; * Autonomy, adaptability, and a sense of responsibility.
