Compensation $29.22 + $1 Night Shift Premium. When Nights– Alternating Schedule: Week 1 7:00PM to 7:00AM Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday Week 2 7:00PM to 7:00AM Wednesday & Thursday What’s Expected Operate a variety of heavy equipment including Excavator, Scrap Handler, Front End Loader Operate various attachments as assigned (e.g. Grapple, Magnet etc.); Load scrap metal as assigned; Sort, stack, process materials as directed; Clean, lubricate, check and replenish fluids as directed; Complete pre-operational equipment check and other documentation as assigned; Operate two-way radio or other communication devices as required; Maintain a safe and orderly working environment; Other general duties as assigned by Manager. What's Required Must exhibit Triple M Metal LP's Core Values of Respect, Excellence, Integrity, Team and Pride; Previous experience operating Excavator, Front End Loader, Rock Truck; Must have a valid Driver’s License; Strong communication both written and verbal; OSSD or equivalent is preferred but not required. Previous experience operating an excavator, front-end loader, and rock truck is required, along with a valid driver's license and strong written and verbal communication skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required, and candidates are expected to demonstrate the company's core values.
