What You Bring to the Table * A love for adventure * Ability to work 4x 10 hour shifts * Experience and working knowledge of The Adventure Group’s activities and departmental interdependencies * Strong understanding The Adventure Group’s activities, flow of operations, resource needs, focus on safety, guest service expectations and guest service needs and challenges * Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task. * High level of attention to detail and accuracy * Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships and strong communication skills. * Able to work early mornings, evenings and/or weekends * Proven ability to remain calm under pressure * First aid certification an asset Your Days Will Look Like * Kickstart the Day: Open the base area and get everything set for the day's action-packed adventures. * The Voice of Coordination: You’ll be the go-to for all communications between guides, drivers, and the base. You’ll keep the radio and phone close to make sure nothing slips through the cracks! * Time Keeper Extraordinaire: Ensure the shuttle drivers stay on track and that everything is running on time. * The Info Hub: Stay up-to-date on space availability, guest numbers, and pickup locations to keep the day running smoothly. * In Charge in a Crisis: Handle any emergencies with calm and confidence, following protocols to ensure guest and staff safety. * Teamwork at its Best: Assist managers with organizing staff, coordinating tasks, and keeping operations moving smoothly. * Real-Time Updates: Stay on top of last-minute changes, and communicate them immediately to the team to keep everything flowing. * The Keeper of Keys: Oversee vehicle and building key distribution, ensuring everything is signed out and in properly. * Closing Down with Care: Help wrap up the day with final tasks like staff check-ins, tour updates for the next day, and locking up the site. * Other Fun Stuff: We like to keep things interesting, so you’ll pitch in on other duties as needed.
