What You Bring to the Table * A passion for adventure tourism, the outdoors, and delivering top-tier customer service. * Prior experience in guest service or tourism is an asset, but not required. * Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills—you're approachable, collaborative, and team-oriented. * Excellent communication skills: listen actively, speak clearly, and stay professional under pressure. * Cool under pressure: you maintain focus and good judgment even during busy times. * A positive attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to support the team. * Fluency in English (verbal and written) is essential. * Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays—the forest never sleeps! * First Aid certification is a strong asset. * Physically capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and working outdoors on uneven terrain for extended periods. Your Days Will Look Like * Deliver outstanding guest experiences by living and breathing our company values and mission. * Support operational excellence by providing clear feedback to your supervisor and contributing to a smooth guest journey. * Greet guests at the Cougar Mountain base, setting the tone with friendly, professional service. * Guide guests through the Vallea Lumina experience, offering assistance, information, and a sense of wonder throughout their adventure. * Handle guest concerns with care, ensuring all visitors feel heard, supported, and leave happy. * Maintain trail cleanliness and safety by clearing debris and ensuring walkways are safe and accessible. * Monitor and enforce safety protocols, helping all guests enjoy the experience safely and respectfully. * Report operational issues such as ticketing problems or unsafe behavior to your supervisor. * Provide emergency support, guiding guests with calm, clear communication in case of incident or evacuation. * Jump in and collaborate with your team, offering support across departments when needed to get the job done.
