Info Security Analyst - Intermediate Location: Toronto, ON Onsite Flexibility Hybrid — Every Tuesday is mandatory onsite, along with 1 Friday per month. Contract Details Position Type: Contract Contract Duration: 6 months (with possibility for extension) Pay Rate: C$65.00–C$70.00 / Hour (CAD) Shift / Schedule: 37.5 hours/week, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday Job Summary A successful candidate will join the Enterprise Security Administration (ESA) team and will be responsible for Privileged Access provisioning to Production infrastructure. They will be responsible for creation of privileged vaulted accounts and provisioning access to Active Directory, Azure, Database, Linux, and Mainframe platforms. Experience within information security fields is required, knowledge of information technology support processes is an asset. Candidate must be able to learn from documented knowledge bases. Candidate must possess risk analysis skills which will be used to determine eligibility of privileged access assignments. Prior experience at this institution is an asset. Key Responsibilities Perform ESA-related activities that support the Bank USA line of business, focusing on operational and business needs Create privileged vaulted accounts and provision access to Active Directory, Azure, Database, Linux, and Mainframe platforms Analyze, capture, and minimize risk associated with elevated access assignments to determine eligibility Learn and apply access provisioning processes from documented knowledge bases and procedures Communicate with senior and executive management regarding access provisioning activities Collaborate with team leads, subject matter experts, and colleagues based on platform-specific requirements Required Skills ServiceNow experience is a must CyberArk (Idira) experience Active Directory management experience Oracle DB and MySQL management experience Linux/Unix OS management experience Helpdesk experience Mainframe navigation and management experience Azure Cloud proficiency Communication with senior and executive management Ability to learn from documented procedures Ability to analyze, capture, and minimize risk associated with elevated access Knowledge of information security related concepts Preferred Skills Previous experience at this financial institution Required Experience 5 years of experience in information security or a related field Work Environment / Physical Requirements Hybrid schedule: Every Tuesday is mandatory onsite, along with 1 Friday per month 37.5 hours per week No overtime expected Important Notes Background check is required upon start; candidates may begin while employment history and regulatory credentials are being verified (suppliers have 30 days from start date to complete verification) Onboarding and training period is expected to take approximately one month before the individual is fully ramped up Interview process: 1 round, 1 hour, conducted via MS Teams About the Client This client is a large, full-service multinational financial institution offering a comprehensive range of banking, wealth management, and capital markets products and services to individuals, businesses, and institutional clients across its home market in Canada and internationally, with significant commercial and investment banking presence in the United States and other global markets.
