Senior SFCC Full Stack Engineer Location: Toronto, ON Onsite Flexibility: Hybrid Contract Details Position Type: Contract Contract Duration: 12 months Start: May 4, 2026 Pay Rate: C$70.00–C$90.00 / Hour (CAD) Job Summary Our client, a rapidly growing consumer-focused organization, is seeking a Full Stack Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer to support the evolution of their eCommerce platform. This role will focus on building, enhancing, and integrating scalable digital commerce solutions across a high-traffic, customer-facing environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions within Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) using SFRA architecture Build and enhance front-end and back-end functionality across the eCommerce platform Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems including payments, order management (OMS), and loyalty platforms Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, UX, marketing, and engineering) to deliver high-quality digital experiences Optimize site performance, scalability, and reliability across peak traffic environments Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality deliverables Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations Required Skills 3–6 years of experience in eCommerce development, with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Solid experience with SFRA (Storefront Reference Architecture) Full stack development experience (JavaScript, HTML/CSS, server-side scripting within SFCC) Experience integrating with external systems (payments, APIs, OMS, CRM, etc.) Familiarity with version control and CI/CD practices Strong understanding of web performance optimization and scalable architecture Ability to work effectively in Agile delivery environments Preferred Skills Experience with headless commerce or CMS platforms (e.g., Amplience or similar) Exposure to additional eCommerce platforms such as Shopify Experience working in high-growth or high-traffic digital commerce environments About the Client Innovative beauty brand parent company behind NIOD, Hylamide, and The Ordinary.
