Job Description Delivery Coordinator - Macleod Trail Toyota Macleod Trail Toyota is looking for a Delivery Coordinator to join the busy team! This is GREAT way to get your foot in the door to a Sales role! What You’ll Do Coordinate and complete new, used, and CPO vehicle deliveries, ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience. Provide comprehensive vehicle walkthroughs, explaining features, technology, controls, and operation. Complete delivery checklists, second deliveries, and required follow-ups to ensure customers feel confident with their vehicles. Conduct detailed pre-delivery inspections and ensure every vehicle is clean, charged, properly merchandised, and showroom-ready. Welcome customers and provide a dealership walk-around, introducing them to our Parts and Service departments. Follow up with customers regarding reviews, surveys, and CSI feedback to support an outstanding ownership experience. Coordinate home deliveries and transport drop-offs, while assisting customers and Service with technology-related questions. Support dealership operations by assisting with vehicle movement, Lot Team coverage, and Demo vehicle organization when required. Manage plate registrations and Demo vehicle records, ensuring everything is accurate and organized.
