Live-out Superintendent

Oversee daily residential building operations, maintenance, inspections, safety compliance, and suite preparation, while coordinating contractors and completing general repairs. Serve as a primary contact for residents by handling inquiries, leasing support, work orders, parking and heating concerns, and emergency response.

Live-in Superintendent

On-site · Oakville

Serve as the primary contact for residents, support leasing and move-in/move-out activities, and respond to emergencies. Coordinate contractors, work orders, inspections, repairs, safety protocols, and seasonal maintenance while performing light building maintenance.

Live-out Superintendent

On-site · Hamilton

Oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, safety, and cleanliness of a residential property, including repairs, inspections, suite preparation, and contractor coordination. Serve as a primary contact for residents, support leasing and move-in/move-out processes, manage work orders and complaints, and respond to after-hours emergencies.

Property Manager, Commercial

Oversee the operational and financial performance of a commercial property portfolio, including maintenance, capital planning, and budget management. Direct contractors and internal teams to ensure asset value preservation and tenant satisfaction.
