Junior Lawyer (3-5 years) in Litigation: International Firm Montreal Are you recently sworn in as a member of the Quebec Bar and have you acquired experience with a renown national law firm ? Do you want to reach new heights and move to a major international firm ? This is your chance to benefit from expert Lawyers’ mentorship and to achieve great success in your practice. Our business partner is an international law firm located downtown Montreal. They are currently looking for a Junior Lawyer with 3 to 5 years of experience in litigation acquired in a national or international practice. On a daily basis, you will be required to work on a variety of civil and commercial litigation cases. Stimulating and challenging mandates await you ! YOUR ROLE: Work on a variety of mandates related to litigation; Draft legal opinions and requests for courts; Develop various complex strategies to successfully carry out mandates; Be in charge of legal research on various litigation topics; Maintain excellent client service between stakeholders both internal and external to the firm. SKILLS REQUIRED: Membership in good standing of the Quebec Bar; Approximately 3 to 5 years of litigation experience acquired in a national or international firm; Thoroughness, good priority management skills and a dynamic personality ; Team spirit, bilingualism and communications skills.
