Do you have approximately 3 years of experience in a general labour and employment law practice and are looking for your next professional challenge? Our client, a law firm recognized for the exceptional quality of its labour and employment law team, is seeking a lawyer ready to play a key role in advising a sophisticated and demanding clientele. YOUR ROLE As a Labour and Employment Lawyer, you will: Work on challenging matters involving labour relations, occupational health and safety, and a broad range of employment law issues; Draft pleadings, employment agreements, internal policies, and organizational directives; Provide strategic legal advice to a diverse and sophisticated client base; Represent clients before specialized judicial and administrative tribunals; Conduct or assist with workplace investigations; Serve as a key point of contact for assigned clients. SKILLS REQUIRED Member in good standing of the Barreau du Québec; Approximately 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in labour and employment law, ideally gained in private practice; Litigation experience and confidence appearing before judicial and administrative bodies; Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities; Strong interpersonal skills and a client-service-oriented approach.
