We are currently seeking passionate Kiosk Associates in the York Region area to join our village. Reporting to the Marketing and Kiosk Coordinator, the Kiosk Associate will operate one of Thermea Spa Village’s temporary kiosks during the holiday period. The primary objective of the incumbent will be to promote and sell various spa products and services that meet the needs of our customers and our sales targets. What You’ll Do Inform customers about Thermea Spa Village’s various services and products; Identify customers' needs while creating sales opportunities; Assist with the sales and purchase of Thermea gift certificates Maintain heavy customer traffic; Responsible for the opening and closing of the kiosk; Perform other related duties. Profile needed High school diploma; One-year experience in customer service; Experience in sales; Demonstrates a high level of aptitude in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and is adept at learning new technologies; Experience with using a POS system; Excellent communication skills; Ability to handle stress in a fast paced environment; Versatile, thorough, and autonomous; Shows initiative; Punctuality and reliability; Professional and collaborative attitude; Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time. Work Schedule Full-time and / or part-time - Variable hours (Days, evenings, weekends and holidays required). Must be available from late October to December 31, 2026.
