Yes, this is an existing open position. Compensation: CAD $ 21.11/hr. OVERVIEW: The Players Club Representative serves as the primary point of contact for casino guests regarding the casino's loyalty and rewards program. This role is responsible for enrolling new members, maintaining accurate player account information, explaining membership benefits, and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience. The Players Club Representative actively promotes the Players Club program by educating guests on available rewards, promotions, events, and special offers. They assist members with redeeming points, resolving account inquiries, issuing player cards, and troubleshooting membership-related concerns. The role also involves cultivating positive relationships with guests, encouraging program participation, and supporting player retention initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES: Enrolling guests into the loyalty program, embossing and issuing rewards cards, transporting supplies, forms and assisting guests with questions, redemptions and special requests. Accurately enters player data into SG-CMP Well versed and knowledgeable of Rock Star Rewards loyalty program and property promotions Maintains a clean, safe and organized work environment Meet and greet guests on the gaming floor as well as at special events and at promotions. Will assist with promotions, player development and redemptions as applicable. Act as liaison between guest(s) and management as relates to needs of guest(s) complaints and concerns. Maintain confidentiality of information. Monitors and has working knowledge of promotional and enrollment kiosks Guest services where directed to provide amplified service. Represent casino at off property promotional events as needed Checking and retrieving guest’s coats and personal items Stock and re-stock the area to ensure an adequate inventory of all goods Perform cash and/or credit transactions with guests Other duties as required. Lives the brand QUALIFICATIONS/EXPIERENCE/EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Some demonstrated guest service experience/training required or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays as required. Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities. The ability to obtain registration as a Category 2 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time. Ability to walk distances. The employee must frequently lift/push/pull and/or move up to 50 pounds. WORKING CONDITIONS: Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a highly regulated and controlled environment, but there will be times where you will need to be on the Casino Floor to complete job functions as outlined or pass through this area. Requirements
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and have demonstrated guest service experience. The ability to obtain a Category 2 Gaming Assistant registration and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
