Daily tasks include maintaining kitchen cleanliness, ensuring food quality and safety, organizing workstations, and collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations. The Line Cook may also assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. Qualifications Expertise in food preparation, cooking techniques, and maintaining portion control Knowledge of kitchen safety protocols, hygiene standards, and food handling regulations Team collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively Experience in a similar role or culinary training is preferred Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds Fluent in English and able to follow recipes and instructions accurately Dedication to providing high-quality food and maintaining a positive dining experience for customers
