Property Manager

Your new role Oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential property portfolio. Manage leasing activities including tenant screening, lease execution, renewals, and occupancy management. Conduct market analysis and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue. Coordinate property marketing initiatives, online listings, and lead generation activities. Perform property inspections and ensure properties are maintained to a high standard. Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and support positive resident relations. Review vendor invoices, oversee contractor performance, and monitor property expenses. Analyze financial reports and support budgeting and forecasting activities. Travel between properties as required. What you'll need to succeed 3+ years of property management experience within residential, commercial, or mixed-use portfolios. Strong knowledge of leasing, tenant relations, property operations, and vendor management. Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and expense management. Understanding of building operations, preventative maintenance, and contractor coordination. Experience with Yardi or similar property management software is considered a strong asset.
