Job summary
• Hands-on experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4 HANA HCM • Strong knowledge of HR processes and business rules. • Experience with schema modifications, PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules), Payroll and time evaluation. • Provide on-going support to SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Benefits, US Payroll and Time Management. • Design and optimize organizational structures, enterprise structures and time policies to meet business requirements. • Configure and customize PA, OM, Benefits, US Payroll and Time Management modules to align with business processes. • Work closely with business teams to understand the system needs and enhancements. • Understand and support the custom solutions designed and implemented for the non-standard solutions. • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and HR policies. • Support workflow automation for HR processes • Manage time evaluation, US Payroll, and integration with other third-party applications. • Troubleshoot issues related to Payroll, Benefits, time recording, time data processing and shift scheduling. • Proven expertise in SAP Payroll implementation and support. • SAP certification in HCM.
