This includes: health promotion and protection, disease and injury prevention, provision of supportive, instructive, treatment and emergency services; collaboration with and referral to other health care professionals; initiating and participating in community development initiatives and participating in evaluative projects. The Primary Health Care Nurse RN (NP) reports to a Manager of Primary Health Care. Incumbent is self-directed and requires minimal supervision. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience Three (3) full-time years of experience as a Registered Nurse Education Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) Licenses Valid Class 5 driver's license Registered Nurse Practitioner (RN(NP)) Other Education and Training Basic Cardiac Life Support Level C Certificate (BCLS) Knowledge and Abilities Decision making through the application of knowledge and critical thinking Has demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills. Requirements
