Conduct risk assessments, crisis counselling, and facilitate connections to services for individuals with behavioural concerns. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and current registration with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. Candidates must have at least five years of experience in an adult inpatient psychiatric unit or crisis program and possess relevant crisis intervention certifications.
