The Nurse Practitioner provides high-quality, client-centered care for youth and adults with addictions and concurrent disorders within a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive health assessments, diagnosing conditions, and implementing evidence-based treatment and harm reduction strategies. Requires a graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program and current registration as an RN (Extended Class) with the College of Nurses of Ontario. A minimum of three years of experience in an addictions service role and certifications in BCLS, AED, and Non-violent crisis intervention are required.
