Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to provide assessments and treatments for patients managing chronic pain. Perform comprehensive medical histories, implement therapeutic exercise programs, and educate patients on self-management strategies. Requires a current registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and at least three years of independent practice. Must hold BCLS/AED and Non-violent Crisis Intervention certifications, with a successful Vulnerable Sector Check.
