What You'll Be Doing * Operate and maintain plant equipment and machinery. * Assist with the production and processing of materials. * Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks. * Ensure a clean and safe work environment. * Follow all safety protocols and procedures. What Are We Looking For * Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Physical capability to perform manual labor tasks. * Commitment to safety and quality standards. * A valid driver's licence is considered a strong asset due to operational and transportation requirements associated with the role. Work Environment * Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
