As a Guest Services Agent, you’ll welcome travelers from around the world, helping them experience the magic of the North—from aurora sightings to local culture. You’ll handle bookings, share insider tips, and ensure every guest’s stay is smooth, warm, and unforgettable. If you love people, nature, and fast-paced days, this role is your perfect frontier. RESPONSIBILITIES Performs a variety of moderately difficult customer service tasks. Routinely applies knowledge of Company products, services, and policies to provide excellent customer service and generate maximum sales. Assists customers, employees, and management and responds to queries. REQUIREMENTS Must pass a pre-employment background check. Minimum age of 18 years required to reside in company housing, where available. Must be able to legally work in Canada. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES Ability to organize and prioritize work, maintain attention to time constraints, while working in a team or group environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and external influences. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving daily goals. Ability to support and comply with company policies, procedures and guidelines including support and comply with company health and safety standards.
