Please read this job posting in its entirety. Please note that this position consists of overnight shifts and the hotel is not accessible by public transit as it is not on a major bus route. Successful candidates must ensure they have reliable transportation to and from work for all scheduled shifts. The shifts are scheduled 11 pm to 7 am. You will be checking guests in and out of their rooms, managing reservations, processing payments for hotel services, and sharing your insights and knowledge of the amazing amenities in the area and hotel. Ultimately, you will be our guest’s first point of contact and manage all aspects of their stay with us to ensure the most memorable of experiences. You will work diligently to balance our day of transactions and ensure the utmost accuracy in doing so. Does this sound like you? Candidates must be available to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays. Reliable transportation is mandatory as the hotel is not accessible by public transit.
