Full Job Description Job Overview Join our team as a Public Cleaner and play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of public spaces. This energetic position offers an opportunity to contribute to a welcoming environment for visitors, staff, and the community. As a Public Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring that all designated areas are spotless, well-maintained, and inviting, including our lobby, restaurant, hallways, stairwells, washrooms and amenities. We are looking for a candidate who can work the following consistantly: Saturdays 8:00AM - 4:00PM Sunday 8:00AM - 4:00PM Mondays 5:00PM - 12:30AM Thursdays 5:00PM - 12:30AM Please make sure this availability works for you before applying. WHMIS Training and/or First Aid Training is an asset. Cleaning experience is an asset, but not mandatory for the right candidate. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas. Maintain cleanliness in high-traffic areas such as lobbies, hallways, and stairwells. Handle waste disposal efficiently by emptying trash bins and recycling containers regularly. Use industrial cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively to ensure thorough sanitation. Follow established cleaning protocols specific to hospitality or industrial environments to meet health standards. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution. Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed to uphold cleanliness standards. Pay: From $17.00 per hour Work Location: In person

Requirements
