Reporting to the Front Desk Manager, the Reservations and Front Desk Agent is responsible for handling reservations by phone and online, welcoming guests, informing them about the services offered within the property, ensuring the accuracy of accounting transactions in the computer system, and processing required payments. The agent also informs guests about the various attractions in the region. The employee may also be asked to train colleagues and participate in training sessions.
