Our client is seeking a Certification Administrator for a temporary position supporting application review and licensing administration. This role combines detailed file assessment, client service, and accurate records management within a regulatory environment. Key Responsibilities Review applications and supporting documentation for completeness and compliance with established requirements. Follow up with applicants regarding missing information, documentation, and application requirements. Maintain accurate application records, correspondence, and information within internal systems. Respond to inquiries and provide professional client service throughout the application process. Support general certification, licensing, and administrative activities as required. Qualifications Previous experience in certification, licensing, regulatory administration, application processing, or a similar administrative environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to review documentation accurately. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple files and priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience working with CRM or database systems. Experience within a regulatory, public sector, or not-for-profit environment is considered an asset.
