About

HR Associates partners with public sector, broader public sector, and not-for-profit organizations to solve complex workforce challenges. Our work focuses on four core areas: executive search and recruitment, interim professional staffing, HR consulting, and managed services. We support organizations through leadership hiring, large-scale recruitment programs, and the deployment of experienced professionals in specialized and regulated environments. We also advise on organizational design, leadership structure, and workforce strategy, and deliver ongoing administration of workforce and certification programs. Our work is grounded in real delivery. We have supported the launch of new provincial organizations, large-scale recruitment for public safety and government programs, and sector-wide workforce and compensation studies. With over 20 years of experience, we combine practical execution with a deep understanding of public sector environments.
