Our public and broader public sector clients are seeking Executive Assistants for interim assignments supporting senior leaders and their teams. Key Responsibilities Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate competing priorities. Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials. Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Arrange travel, events, and other logistics as required. Respond to inquiries and communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Maintain organized records and handle sensitive information with discretion. Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior leaders and their teams. Qualifications Experience providing administrative support to senior leaders or executives. Strong calendar management, scheduling, and organizational skills. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to manage competing deadlines and work independently. Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
